Bread

Knead till the dough is soft and it doesn't stick on your palm.

1st raising - make a hole in the centre of the dough. It should stay there for a while. Now you are ready to do the 2nd raising.

Punch out the air with your palm and start to mould into balls and let it rest for 10mins .After 10mins, you may put in your desire fillings and let it raise for another 50mins.

I didn't make bread for a while, and I really miss my own bread.

Cupcakes for girls

This week is a school holidays and also rainy days. I have been staying at home to help my Pr 1 girl to finish her school projects, and finally she has finished them by today.

She wanted to bake some cupcakes for her doll (doll's birthday) so I prepared all the ingredients for her. I picked up one recipe that I got it in the Internet.

I decided to use buttercream to frost on the cupcakes as I am not so creative but it does not stop me. I have been surfing in the Internet for more ideas.

Anyway, we have a wonderful baking time.

Teachers' Day

Finally, finished baking my walnut cakes with choocolate chips. I bought these mini boxes from SKP , it comes with a plastic cover which I think it will make a perfect gift.
