Five Spices Chicken Wings



Ingredients.
10 chicken wings

Marinade:
1 egg
2 tbsp ginger juice
1 tsp five spice powder
2 tbsp shaoxing wine
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar

Method:
1 Mix chicken with marinade & marinate for 3 hours or chill in the fridge for overnight.
2 Heat up oil for deep frying, put in chicken wings and deep fry till golden brown.
