Hi, I am back with my carrot cake again. This time, I decided to cut the cake into halve and filled up with some cheese. It was not a easy task as my knife was not long enough. I also decided to pipe this cake instead of spreading the cheese. As you can see, my piping skill was not so good but I was happy with the result.
