Stir-fried pork with Szechuan


I bought this packet of szechuan veg from sheng siong, it costs only $0.30. It is not so salty.

Ingredients :

lean pork (slice thinly), seasoned with light sauce, pepper & corn flour
2 cloves garlic,
1 pack of szechuan veg

1) wash and soak the szechuan veg for 5 mins
2) Heat the wok with oil, when it is hot, throw in the garlic and stir for a while.
3) Put in th lean pork & stir till half cook. Put in the szechuan veg and 1/2 cup of water. Cook till the meat is done.
