Chocolate Swirl Muffins



These recipe is suitable for children who want to bake. I used this recipe for my 1st baking session with 8 children , age from K2 to Pr 2.
They really very good and able to follow instructions and I am proud that they could worked as a team.
I will upload more photos next week.
Recipe
1.5 cup plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
150g yoghurt
50g orange juice
100g sunflower oil or corn oil
1 tsp vanillia essence
a few drops of chocolate paste
Method
1. Pre heat oven at 190
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in 1st mixing bowl
3. In 2nd bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.
4. Pour the egg mixtures into dry mixtures. Use a balloon whisk to mix them well.
5. Do no over stir.
6. Pour half the batter in a bowl and put a few drops of chocolate paste in it. Mix well.
7. Scoope one chocolate batter in a baking cup , then white batter, then chocolate then white.
8. Bake for 15 mins and rotate the tray and bake for another 15 mins till cook.
