This afternoon, I have a baking session with my church friend. She wanted to bake a cake for her hubby's birthday. Therefore, I guessed that we can make swiss roll which the baking time is only 15 mins.
I am not happy with my rolling as it is not round but oval. Maybe the mangoes cubes are too big.
I also use my lefover buttercream to write words on the cake. :) anyway after putting make up on the cake, it looks better.
