Curry Fish



 Last week, I cooked this dish for my family. This dish is very easy to prepare. I used half of the curry paste and coconut milk.

First ,  rinse  the fish and chop into big chunk .Then season  with salt and steam for 10 mins.
Second, heat some oil in a pot and stir in onion and curry fish paste for 1-2 mins. Then add in water & let it boil.
Third, add in tomatoes , fish and lady fingers and coconut milk . You may add in salt if you need to.
