Bread

Knead till the dough is soft and it doesn't stick on your palm.

1st raising - make a hole in the centre of the dough. It should stay there for a while. Now you are ready to do the 2nd raising.

Punch out the air with your palm and start to mould into balls and let it rest for 10mins .After 10mins, you may put in your desire fillings and let it raise for another 50mins.

I didn't make bread for a while, and I really miss my own bread.
This time, I use a new recipe that I got it from a company that sell oven. The bread turn out good and soft. I also pack a hotdog bun for my daughter to bring to school.

8g / 2 tsp instant yeast
60g castor sugar

130g ice water or cold milk

2.Add B gradually mix well till form a dough.

3.Add C & knead the dough using electric dough hook for 5 mins and knead it using hand for another 5 -10 mins .You may dust some flour on your palm and knead till it does not stick on your palm.

4.Cover with towel or leave the pot in the oven to prove for 60 mins or double in size.( The 1st proving is important so do not cut short the timing)

5.After one hour, punch out the air in the dough with your palm.

6.Divide dough into portions of 60gm each. Shape into balls & leave it to rest for about 10mins.(you may leave it in the same pot)

7.Get ready your baking pan, grease with butter and then dust some flour on it. Pour away access flour on the baking pan.

8.Use your palm to flatten the dough and wrap with desired fillings.

9.Shape as required & let it proof on the baking pan for another 60 mins.

10.Pre heat your oven at 200

11.Apply fresh milk or egg white on dough , sprinkle some shredded cheese.

12.Bake the dough at 180 for 15 mins.

Hi Nancy,
Your bread dough looks really nice. Doesn't stick to your palm like mine does.
One day, if you don't mind, I'd like to learn how to make that bread. I can pop by your place, or you can pop by mine. Lemme know if you're ok.
Thanks.
Elnie
