Ingredients
115g butter
115g caster sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
175g plain flour
175g semi sweet chocolate chips
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 180 . Line baking trays with baking paper.
- Use a electric mixer, cream butter and sugar unitl pale and fluffy.
- Add in egg , and vanilla essence.
- Sift the flour over the mixture, fold in with a spatula. Fold in the chips.
- Drop spoonful of dough onto the baking tray.
- Bake for 15 mins or until golden.
