Simple fried rice for lunch


Ingredients
one Chinese sausages -slice thinly
one egg
1/2 carrot - shredded
rice enough for 2 persons
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
Pepper
Method: ( 2 serving)
1) Fry the egg first and remove from the wok.
2) Staute the garlic in the wok for a min and remove it. Leave the oil in the wok.
3) Put in cold cooked rice, sausages and carrot in the wok. Keep stiring.
4) Put a dash of pepper, fish sauce and light soy sauce onto the rice. Stir.
5) Dish out and decorate sliced cucumber .
This is a simple dish that I prepared for my daughter ,who do not like to frozen veg.
