Ingredients
2 chicken thighs,
some coriander leaves or garnishing
Seasoning
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp seasame oil
1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
some slices of giner
1 tbsp chinese cooking wine
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
a dash of pepper
2 tbsp water
1 tsp potato starch
Method
1. Mix well chicken meat and then steam for 15 to 20 mins
2. Garnish with coriander leaves.
I got the above recipe from Eve Magazine. It is easy to prepare this dish and my family love it.
